We raise a variety breeds known for their suitability to the pasture environment and prized for their richly flavored meat. In addition to the pasture forage, they eat Washington-grown grains that are free of corn, soy, and GMOs.
All of our animals are raised without the use of antibiotics. They simply aren't necessary when the animals are raised in a species-appropriate ecological setting.
Each animal is unique, but here is an example of what you will receive:
*If you'd prefer not to receive any cured items and to get fresh versions of those items instead, please specify this in your order notes. You'll receive fresh ham roast and side pork (uncured bacon) instead.
The price includes all butcher fees. Your meat will come cut, wrapped, and with (2) insulated Hungry Hollow tote bags for easy handling.
