We raise a variety of heritage breed pigs known for their suitability to the pasture environment and prized for their richly flavored meat. They are raised on Washington-grown grains and finished on apples and pears that we grow here on the farm, which provide a distinctive flavor to the meat.
Because they are raised on pastures with plenty of room to roam, their meat is firmer and more flavorful than factory farm pork.
