Wild Alaskan Salmon Share

We're thrilled to bring you Wild Alaskan Salmon fillets from our good friends at Harbor Fish Company!

Harbor Fish Co. is anchored in Gig Harbor, WA and Juneau, AK. Each year they fish the pristine waters of Lynn Canal just north of Juneau. 

This share contains 10 pounds of wild caught Alaskan salmon fillets. Each fillet is roughly 1.5 pounds and provides about 5 (3.5oz) servings when cooked. Each share contains between 5-7 fillets, depending on their individual weights.

Includes both Sockeye and Coho varieties. If you have a preference for either, please specify in the Special Instructions box at checkout. Otherwise we'll include a mix of both varieties. 

Sockeye salmon is known for its rich flavor, firm texture, and distinctive deep red color. 

Coho salmon has a milder flavor, slightly less firm texture, and an orange color. 

Both are delicious - you can't go wrong!
